The caller was a law firm asking me to pay 500 to cash advance and go to win Dixie's to get a reload card

Has been calling me claiming to be from the ftc and states if I don't send 320 to them by green dot money card I will be going to jail. The guy said is name is Jake Watson and he sound like he was from another country.

is it united law department when you open this is United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division some of that I have to go I'll be arrested is got an address but

Sent me an email stating I will be arrested for identify false problems with my immigration record.  I am not an immigrant and have no need to get a green card/visa.  Born and raised in California by African-American mom and dad.  Have no idea what this scam is.
