I just did a transaction with these guys. What do I do?

Take your computer to someone who knows something about computers and tell him what you did.

If you used a credit card,  better get it changed.  QUicktime!  

Any  financial information in the computer will have to be changed too.

Never give CC#s or  financial information to anyone over the phone.    

Computer safety 101

I got a call from someone I could not understand and just hung up,  Claimed to be windows tech support

I got a call from my Windows security department from this number and they told me my PC had been sending them messages that I was having problems.  I played along with him and his broken English and told him, when I did what he asked I got a FBI  warning of a fraudulent website.  I had another call and couldn't play any longer so I told him my screen went black and I had to go.  I hung up while he continued to try and convince me I needed to do more.  He called back while I was on the other call and left me a message where he called me several bad names and questioned my intelligence.  I sure hope not all the windows employees are so ultra sensitive.  What a joke
 

He's not from Windows.  He's a scammer.  He wants to install malware on your computer.  Congratulations on outsmarting him.
