My 10yr old answered and then gave me the phone to a guy with a accent telling me to suck his XXXX

You need to call the police on this one! Hope he didn't talk to your son that way!

phone company couldn't tell me either..i hate this crap

When I answered this caller it was a guy with a foreign accent (maybe Indian) who said he was calling from some kind of "loss department" about our mortgage payments. I was automatically suspicious, seeing that it came up as a cellular call. I asked him what he was calling about & he asked, "Aren't you having trouble making your mortgage payments?" I told him I was not aware that we were, & he asked if I was sure! When I asked him where he got this information he hung up.

I forgot to mention, this call was received August 13, 2009
