I have had several calls from this same number at very strange times.  I also do not know anyone in Stockton.  I called back and a guy answered saying that he was having problems with his phone and it was calling several people that he did not call.  He said that Verizon was looking into the issue.

This cell phone number has called me multiple times and the called ID is blocked; it simply says Cell Phone CA.  The phone number is from Stockton, CA and we know no one in the Stockton area.

Upon calling the number, a man answered the phone saying he has never called us.
