i want to know who are the people call my home

i also get many calls from this number i tried calling back but no answer..

it shows up as 209-444-0602

Received call from 209-444-0602 Sunday night at 11:10, then twice more a minute apart.  Caller ID said "California Call".  I let my answer machine take all these calls.  Sounded like a pay phone or cell phone from the street sounds in the background, and there was a muffled conversation.  I live in the 209 area code. One minute preceding the first call there was one from 322-519-4499 with the same sounds but no message and the called ID said "Unavailable".  I didn't call either back but think they are from the same person. What would happen if one used "select call forwarding" to forward unwanted calls to a disconnected number ... or to China? or to some group the government is monitoring?

I just got a call from this number. He asked for my name, but I said she wasn't home. He then wanted to know who I was. I asked who I was speaking with and he said Walgreens.  I told him we don't shop at Walgreens. He started saying something about $100 off prescriptions.  I said I wasn't interested and hung up. Caller ID showed out of area.

I got a call this number and I try to call back but it 's busy.
