I got called as well just like the others did in the previous stories, except Sam Martin wanted me to pay $280. through Western Union but had to call him before I sent it and he would stay on the phone with me the whole time until he received it then he would release the amount I was told I'd recieve and I should have it in 13-20 minutes..Don't get me wrong the money would of came in handy considering I just lost my brother and I could of paid off his and my dad's funeral's, bought his urn and got my other brother a head stone. I'm sorry but these lying, low down, scamming foreigners need to go back to their home country and take advantage of them and leave us the hell alone, I'm fed up with them and frankly don't really like them...

2-10-15. I received a call from an Asian accented man named (SAM MARTIN) ??? from Washington DC, telling me that I qualified for $849.36 grant and I didn't have to pay it back, all I had to do is call the bank manager, but he wouldn't tell me the name of the bank or the bank managers name, I told him since he had all my info he could send me the money and I didn't have to talk to anyone. He started to argue with me. I told him I would make the call and not to call me again or I would report it.. He hung up. He also called at 6:45 am, when I asked him why he called so early he said "well, it is 9:45 here." Needless to say I will report this to my local police fraud department. Beware of this kind of call.

Just received a call from this number. They called my workplace. Wanted me to give them my bank or savings account numbers. When I refused, they said they could transfer the money to a credit or debit card. Still sounded very sketchy. They then said they could mail a Cashier's check to my home address. Said that when we hung up to call 209-436-9648 and talk with Sam Martin to receive the check for $7920. The odd dollar amount is a sure give away that these calls are not real. The caller said his name was Tony Parker, but he did not sound like an American (sounded like East Indian or Pakistan).

I just received the same call in my cell. I couldn't understand most of what the lady was saying because of her accent. I told her to send the money through Money Gram and she told me to call 209 436 9748 and give the code TR657. Not gonna happen.
