Unknown caller...which I never answer...has called multiple items over the past week....never leaves a message.

It's a Robo-call about the Energy Bill American Recovery and re-investment act. This call is from the US Renewable Energy Program stopping the new increase coming soon!
THIS IS A SCAM!!!.  Do not answer, just hang it up.  Don't press 1 and don't press 3 to take your number off the call list.  If you do you will get so many other scam calls your phone will not be usable.  They must have sold my number when I fell for that.
