My phone has a very detailed caller ID. showed this number along with the US country code--meaning someone probably spoofed it from overseas to look like a number out of Lodi or Stockton. No message-hung up 4-5 rings.

This number calls my office everyday 10 times a day. I pick up and hang up.. I'm sure its a scam call.
