they keep calling my number and have blocked this number but they can still call my number

these people are threatening me and really a scam

Company claiming to be with some sort of attorney's office that leaves messages about a claim for someone I don't know. It has to be a scam because I can't imagine leaving any information about a "personal matter" is legal without verifying they are in fact contacting that person.
