Called and left no message.

Received call on Aug 5, 2016 @ 9:04 AM with caller ID "Ochoa Jonathan" from phone # 1-209-358-2576. Did not answer as I expected this to be spam or a spoofed number...Yesterday I received 3 calls from the 209 Stockton area code, no message left on 1st 2, on 3rd - caller hung up as soon as I answered "Hello" twice. I do not know anyone from Stockton.

No message left.

It's 12:03 pm and the same thing as the above person happened to me.  I answered, and it was dead silence.  I rarely answer any calls that I don't recognize, but was expecting a call from a new doctor.  This number will be blocked.....just as so many others!!!  Wish people had better things to do with their time than to annoy others!!!
