Some one called me a little while ago from (209) 353-7171 and didn't say a word, then it was hung up after 15seconds of my saying hello this is ... I can't hear anything, hello?  I called the cell phone back and got a message that says this number is no longer in service.  How can that be seconds later.."Who and why?" I have received many prank phone calls from people and wish others would leave me alone. i pay all my bills on time, it is not a collector. Anyone else get calls from this number? :)Thank you, take care.

I received a missed call from this number. I tried to call it back and it said it was disconnected. I don't have bill collectors calling me. Very weird and suspicious

I had the exact same call twice :( people wasting my valuable time.

Same number called me, no voicemail left on my phone. I don't have creditors calling me so wondering who this might be. I don't answer unknown numbers but if it's important they can leave a message I suppose.
