I'm in Minnesota and got 2 missed calls CA AREA CODE number. I have no business or contacts in ca. I'm pretty sure that it's a debt collector or phishing scam. I did not call them back if you see this number don't call it back it may also be a ghost number that when you call it a scam will bill you international calling fees.
