I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, I always use Google to find out who's calling and this is a T-Mobile number  from Stockton, CA but they never talk or leave messages so I don't understand what's the purpose of calling. They can call all they want but they are wasting their time because their call will never be answered. Same goes for others unrecognizable phone numbers.

Calls, but never any message.

Called and once I answered they hung up.

This number calls me and hangs up!!!! Annoying!!!
