This phone number keeps calling me and its from California, and I am in iowa. Everytime I answer the call the person on the other end hangs up on me. I am unsure who or what this number is representing.

called several times, I pick up the other side hangs up.

The software I use on my phone identified it as a mobile number registered to a Mike Nagi.

Caller calls every other day, does not say anything, then hangs up.

Has called and hung up, but on the time they have picked up they claim to be an auto insurance company that can give me better rates. I have told them several times to take me off their list.  But they will not an they try to give me their spiel before I hang up.
