The person named by gary smith he had just call of me and he was telling me that my loan application is aproved by california advance america... where the hell is that company.... he evan dont know about my account number and routing number... telling me to pay money upfront..
they are SCAMERS n calling from any other country...

They call about every 15 minutes.   I think this should be considered harrassment

I got a call from a Jennifer saying she was from california cash advance and that I needed to pay $220.00 dollars before I received a loan for $3000 she told me to confirm it through this phone number209-266-2943 and some foreign guy answers. He wants all kinds of info so it is you he is talking to. Why would a person pay  that much to get a loan in the first place.

I asked for my number to be removed and they hung up. I called back and the guy yelled at me " Get lost [***] I'll do it for you". Rude

Have called me at least 20 times today and the same yesterday.  Repeatedly asked to be taken off their call list but they call again 15 minutes later.  When I tell them I am going to call the police and report harassment, they threaten me and my family.  They said they would take me off the list for a kiss.  They also said they were going to burn down my house and rape my daughter.   I will be calling the police tomorrow.
