This looks like a dead phone number stolen from a Native American reservation.  CID sez "Discount 4 U."
Clearly a scam number.
We NEVER answer unknown telephone calls - and neither should you!
We have had the ENTIRE 209 area code blocked for nearly 1 year.
This call was BLOCKED BEFORE they robodialed our phone number.
Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in - not even once!

We don't answer calls from unknown area codes. They called and left no answer. Now on blocked list.
