Keeps calling and leaves no message

Called. Didn't leave a message, but I called back. They immediately knew my name when I called back and then proceeding to bring up some pitch about solar energy plans or savings or something like that. I immediately hung up.

Someone asking for a home owner and claiming they can call until 9:00 pm. Which in my opinion is too late. 24-48 hrs to have a number removed.

Kept calling with out leaving message. I answered the fourth time. A guy said he with the Renewable Energy Association and wanted to lower my electric bills. Apparently my "house" came up on a list. He gave me address that I rented at over 5 years ago. So, I told him I did not live there. Then he asked me if I currently owned or rented. Seemed fishy that he called about the first address, but was still interested in my current situation. So, I hung up.
