Called from this number claiming to be the IRS

"Private Call" displayed. Female claiming to be IRS said they are suing me and to call 209-243-6009 for more information. I did not return the call.

I recieved a call from a computerized message service. A women's voice stating that they had been trying to contact me, consider this call final notice, the IRS is suing me and I should call 209-243-6009.  This scared the crap out of me until I remembered I have no outstanding debts and am due for a tax refund from IRS.   The caller did not identify themselves nor give name of who they were calling for.

I got the same call I called the number back and a man with a heavy accent answered. He asked what I was calling about and I said you tell me because you left the message, he hung up. This is a scam!!

call from 718-372-9204 called my senior mom, She fell for it and called 209-243-6009 for IRS . Man with accent told her she is being sued. For owing taxes. My mom doesn't owe a dime to any one including credit cards so don't know how she fell for this.
they have her address so I told her don't  be surprised if they send you a fake bill.
People need to get themselves a job and stop ripping poor seniors off.
