It said my number was wca subscriber services and that my number was subscribed and then goes dead

Hung up as I answered the phone.  Called the number to find out who it was and it said "WCA Subscriber Services ... This number is for special services ... " then I hung up.

no message just hung up did not answer returned phone calls or texts

Answered, heard a beep and they hung-up.

Called, no message.
