Spam call. Left no message. I called the number back and got a recording - you can press 1 to be placed on the do not call list.

May 23 2012 1:12pm PST got a call with CID "fresno CA" and number 2092202370 with one of those deceptive auto outgoing messages "this is card services there is nothing wrong right now... but you could lower your rate to 1%...this is your last warning..." I pressed 1 on a lark and asked for the company name. "Shawn" (male voice) told me it was "card services" and when I asked what city the company was based in I was immediately disconnected. I wish there was a central clearing house for tracking information about these scammers -boyd atseanet dohtcom

I immediately knew it was a scam of some type because I don't know anyone in California. My caller ID said: Cell Phone CA
I quit answering calls in which I don't know the number a long time ago. If it is important, they will leave a message. If its actually someone that does happen to know me, they leave a message. Many of the scam calls never leave messages. I don't play phone tag and call back numbers that I don't recognize.
