How does one stop these calls? I"m getting tired of them! I'm on a do not call list and I keep getting these calls!

Called cell phone at 9:43 am.... My # is listed on "DO NOT CALL" LIST ........ How does this keep happening??? I didn't answer & of course there is never a message left!!!

They called me this morning when I answered they hung up. When I tried calling back it was a busy signal.

I got a call from this number, didn't answer it, then i called back, and a man answered but, i didn't answer it. It doesn't seem like a business, just a person

I got a call from this number didnt answer and they did not leave a message. my # is on the no call list this shouldnt be happening but it is. like what the heck
