They called my unlisted cell phone 2x within an hour. Left no message. I blocked them.

This number called my pay as you go cell phone which is on the do not call list 2 times on 2/8/2017 1st at 2:48 PM and left a blank message on my voice mail which cost me 50 cents to check and empty and 2nd at 12:51 PM which I answered angrily asking "WHO THE HE!! IS THIS" only to hear phone go dead! Others state this is a message in Spanish a language I do not speak! Someone NEEDS to stop these scammers!

I've got calls from this 209-217-3049 and it's a stupid Mexican recording. I call back and it's a Mexican that answers. I've asked to be removed from their list. I don't speak Spanish, so if you call my phone....speak English!!

They called. I answered, even though I typically don't answer numbers I don't recognize. They hung up. Nothing said to me, no recording, nothing. Very strange.
