left no msg.

I got a visual voice mail from this number and it something about a blocked number I could not really understand what it said or was talking about. I called it back and a recording said they would connect me to this Google user and no one answered. I would like to know what the call was  about and how they got my number

I would just like to know who this is that left me a visual voice mail without calling me and how they got my number
