Received 2 calls today and they left no voice message.  I live in the 209 area code and it's always a scam call when the number comes in with the area code.  I searched several places to try to find out who the number belongs to, but since there's no listing my gut feeling tells me to block the number.  People that need or want to talk to you will usually leave a message.....otherwise it's a good guess that it's a scam.
