This is a spoofed phone number. NO 7 digit phone number starts with a 1. Dialing a 1 puts you in the long distance mode.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw it. Local numbers couldn't start with a 1. No message left on the machine should confirm a 'spoof/spam' number...
