keep calling and leave no message

Spam caller or debt collector. If you call the number back, "You're call could not be completed as dialed."

I received 4 calls from this number today and they don't leave a message.  I am on the do not call list and if they are a "debt collector" then they are really excessive and harassing and I want to know the company so I can sue them for harassment.  They are not allowed to call more than once a day.

There is nothing in the federal law that specifies how many times they are allowed to call you.  It is up to a judge in a court case to decide how many times is harassment.  Here is the plain language law covering them:  https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/rules/rulemak ... ctices-act-text

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

This is a company offering loans at a low interest rate. I have told them 4 times now to remove me from their call list. All they say is I am very sorry ma'am and then they hang up and call in a few hours
