Keep calling at all time of the day and night... trying to tell me ive been call for a court day, I live in florida so how can that be

I live in TX.  Have that same # calling me ?  WTF ?  Someone or some company is harassing me with these calls, about 8 a day for past two days now.  I recognize the number and do not answer it anymore.  May someone advise me how to file a harassment complaint ?  E-mail info to NewManDan5@yahoo.com and put "800notes" in the subject line, please.  Thank you folks !

I too am getting calls from this number on a daily basis...and when i answer...no one says anything.

I myself have received this harrasing calls from this number. This Hindu/Indian guys says that there is a lawsuit against me and how would I take care of it. And then he hangs up and calls again and he sort of laughs and says my name Aleyda how are you takin care of it and I said motha fudger if you dont stop calling me lets see who gets a lawsuit filed againts them for real. He said no need for that goodbye.

I just gor 2 calls from this exchange both with different 4 digit last numbers
I called Comcast and they said there are no such exchanges with the 000
I answered and this gent had a heavy Indian accent and asked for (so and so)
I said you have the wrong number and he apologized and hung up
Not sure what this is all about--but I pay for an unpublished number and I would love to know how these dirtbags get my number>>> I have had so many scammers call (false threats etc) that its disgusting
Something has to give with these people--how many times do we have to report them????
