I just got a call from that number, 209 000 0000 at 6:29pm I answered and there was a female voice couldn't hear so I hung up and tried calling back but a message came "CA 94865"

Does anyone know what this is?

This number has called me three times since yesterday. First time, it hung up when I answered.  Second and third times, I didn't pick up.  No message.

I just got a call from this number 209-000-0000 , I never answer if I don't recognize the number. I don't owe money so I know it is not a debt collector. The person left me a voice mail; he said his Don Nickerson with Victim services and told me to call him at 525-5544, he did not give an area code, he said it is regard restitution. I'm not calling.

This number (209-000-0000) called twice this evening, once at 5:32 pm, and again at 7:54 pm (Pacific Time). Caller ID said "Name Not Found" but showed this number.  No message left either time.
