Got a call from this number but no message left

unwanted call! this number keeps calling everyday and sometimes 3 times a day want say anything and when you call back it rings one time and go straight to the voicemail saying this C-spire caller is not accepting calls right now!

This number has called several times a day for the past few days.  No message left, just someone saying hello and I can here noise in the background.

This is an update to my post...they called back abd I answered. She said she was calling from student loan forgiveness.  She knew nothing about ny student loan but wanted all my personal info, SSN address and so forth to "see if I qualify".

I thought it was legit because I had recently put a hold on my student loan and was told I would be contacted. BBT when they asked my current monthly payment and I said it was on HOLD they were surprised and hung up. OOPS! Not the call I was waiting for!
