Sheesh, could they *possibly* add any more buzz-words to this obvious fraud?

and p.s., all of my accounts are up to date and there is nothing even derogatory in my credit report, so clearly they are throwing out "scary" words to make someone panic and send them money.
Hint:  even if you had a bad account, debtor's prisons were abolished a very very long time ago.  Don't fall for it, block & ignore.

yes and its a scam....do not pay it any mind. First of all anyone that is going to serve you with any kind of legal papers of any sort...umm they are not going to call and let you know that they are going to serve you. A process server will just show up because they get Paid to do this. Also legitimate collections will send you a notice in the mail. It's the law.

Just received a call as well from 208-968-7979.  Said the same thing.  "summons, etc. etc"  I was actually called about a month ago different number same situation.  I have blocked the other number, but looks like I am going to have to start blocking all of them.  UGH!

My first post in regards to the ridiculousness was made on Sept 8th. if they were apparently coming to my job or home then they must be walking from California...today is Sept 23rd and yep another call from these idiots. I just ignore the calls. TOTAL TOTAL SCAM. i have notified my local Attorney Generals office to file a complaint and yes they stated that these SCAMMERS, but unlikely anything can be done about it. So just ignore these calls or block as I am going to do now.
