Received a call. No message left.

Got a call. Didn't leave a message. (Boise)

After receiving a call but no voice message from this number I call it back from a landline.  A strange mechanical voice came on saying "the survey is now filled".  Then told me to hit 9 to be removed from further calls.  After I hit 9 nothing happened and I hung up.

Received a call this morning.  I was expecting a call from a 208 number so I answered.  Male caller "This is Josh from customer service.  Can you hear me?"  Fortunately there was an article in our local paper not long ago about this scam.  If you answer "YES" they use that recorded information to scam you, after all you did say yes, although out of context to what they will do with that answer.  Anyway, my brain remembered the article before saying anything, so I just hung up.
