Interactive robo caller...knew instantly that it was fake rather than a real person.   They should really invest in some better machines, they're fooling no one.

Called but did not leave a message. Tried to return the call, phone number has been disconnected.

I got an actual person who identified himself as calling from Homeland Security. I stopped him immediately and asked him how he got my phone number, he then repeated who he was. I stated my number (cellphone) was on a do not call database and he said have a nice day and hung up. I and many of my co workers have received calls (company business line) all stating the same thing soem robo calls nattering on about home security. Don't know if they are connect but anone stating they are Homeland security should be shutdown immediately.

Robocall asking 'how are you today' - hung up, blocked his number in google voice and am reporting in multiple places.  Everyone, please BLOCK and REPORT spammer-scammers - blocking kicks your number out of their autodialers so it gets sold around less, and reporting informs others to block them after they get their first hangup call from the offending number.  It's the method that is actually effective in not only saving yourself from having to deal with time-wasting scum, it curtails their activity.
