The bottom of the barrel collection agency.  FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! They say they are an attorney office they are not.  Found out on  another sight that they use extreme scare tactics.  They collect for Dell.  The sight also has a former employee states not to give any banking info.  They have dishonest employees working.. people on parole and former felons.  VKI is Valentine & Kerbartas,  a shady collection agency posing as an attorneys office. Former employee says to contact the company you owe money to and not to deal with them, VKI.
