Caller asked for Clarence and was told he had the wrong number and immediately said " Maybe you can help me, I'm from the American Disabled Veterans", at this point I hung up. I am a member of the DAV,disabled american veterans, and recognized this for the scam it was.

Called cell no message have no idea who it is.

Called Sunday around 6, declined call and they didn't leave a message.

didn't answer because I didn't recognize this number and of coarse they didn't leave a message.  so I called it back and of coarse you get a recorded message that says  they were a fundraising company and can't be reached right now....lol  and they just called me?....lol  sure

I received 2 voicemails from this number, 6 seconds and 18 seconds, respectively.  Both of which were dead air, no automated message, no background noise, nothing.  This happened on 10/29/2015. at 9:36am MDT.

I think it's safe to say it's either a scam of some sort or a political call.  I've received a few of those with the upcoming local election.  I'm going to go ahead and block them, and if it's important, they can leave a voicemail.
