No message, returned call gives you an opt out option that may be real or could be fake and only serves to confirm your number for future solicitation.  Ignored it and blocked.

Caller ID reads :: Boise ID :: A babeler fron Gadzgookistan tells me that I owe money on a long-ago account at some department store in Florida. Never been to Florida, never will.  He tells me to remit a partial payment via my credit card so debt can be eliminated. This is a blatant scammer!

I've been receiving phone calls while away from home.  Now I know what I've been missing.  Much appreciate the explanation.
