Same thing.  I picked up because it was a local all even though I did not recognize the number. No voice on the other end, no message.  Suspect a scam caller.

I have been called by this number three times in the last two days. I didn't wait long enough for the automated system to start talking before hanging up. It left one empty voicemail.
