208-917-4905: Scammer using a new block of numbers in the 208-917-49** range.

they will call you with a pre recorded message. a childish female voice and she will keep on talking even if you keep saying that you are not interested.
i did hung up. My android cell phone can't block spammers ,even if added to "rejected list" so I will just keep their number as spam so I know in the future not to answer.
