Stellar Recovery attempting to collect a debt. I have owned my phone number for 7 years and they are calling for debt from someone who doesn't even live at my house. They have called from many other phone numbers and won't quit harassing me and are breaking the law in how many times they call my number. I am about ready to get an attorney for this matter.

Calling me about some past debt. Telling me to give money or they'll put me in jail. Going to call the BBC and report. Scam!
