Won't say, static noises in background. Get about 2-3 calls a month from this number. If it goes to voice mail, no message is left.

Called our firm and didn't leave a message. Appears to be from Boise, ID.
Another person I know called them back and got some type of recorded message.

Message left on our home answering machine. The caller was male and said, "Hello?" and then said, "Hello? Hello?" and then hung up. I called *69 because we don't have caller ID and then pushed one to dial the number. A recording came on from the telephone company stating that the number could not be reached and would I please hang up now.

I have been getting calls from this number. They leave a message. It says "This is your final notice from the IRS. They are starting a law suit against you if I don't call this number", but the number they leave is area code 209. not 208. I have probably gotten 5 or more calls. I think if the IRS was going to sue me they wouldn't give me warning and they would just do it and not keep saying this is the final notice.
