This number appears to be fraudulent. It left an automated message telling me that there's an issue with my T-Mobile account and to call them right away. So I called the standard corporate number (NEVER call the number the automated message gives you!) and T-Mobile support told me that there is no issue or risk concern on my account and no record of that call.

Always assume the worst and keep yourself safe from identity theft.
