Kept getting calls from this number but didn't answer.  Everytime I googled the number I couldn't find any information about who it could be.  I finally answer and a guy asks for me by name.  I tell him this is me and then he asked me to verify my mailing address.  I told him no, that he called ME so I shouldn't have to give HIM information.  He said he needed me to verify my mailing address to verify he is speaking to the correct person and that it is reference to a personal business matter.  I refused and told him since he obviously has my mailing address then whatever he is calling about he can just mail me something and I hung up.  I've never been asked to verify information unless I am the one that initated a call and I've heard on news and radio reports that you shouldn't give out personal information to callers.  So at this point, I STILL don't know where this man was calling from.

Finally answered the call - was obvious it was made with autodialer since the person on the other end came on - foreign voice asking if it was "me" - at that point my scam alarm initiated and I said "NO"! And hung up.... Don't do business of any kind that uses auto dialing.... end of report.

I get a call from this number every single day until today that I finally decide to block the number from calling me any further. I picked up one time and they asked to speak to me by name.  I told them I wasn't available and what are they calling in regards to, they said its a personal matter and if 8 can be reached at another number. I said no I can't. Stop calling me. But obviously they kept calling. I have no idea who these people are but if I were you just block the number like I did.

Keeps calling my phone and my boyfriends always one after the next. Neither of us have answered and they never leave a message...

This is a voip number used by IC Systems, debt collectors for medical bills and other debt.  Their webpage is http://www.icsystem.com .  Their headquarter address is 444 Hwy 96 E, St Paul, MN 55127.  Send a paper letter via registered certified mail, listing your name and phone number, asking them to stop calling you at that number and to correspond via paper mail instead.  Keep the return receipt and a copy of your letter.  If they continue calling you again after 30 days, take your phone records, letter, and return receipt to an attorney (a bankruptcy attorney should be capable), and sue them for violating FDCPA.  They have a right to try to collect a valid debt within the framework of law, and you have a right to collect punitive damages should they violate that framework.
