Beginning cut off. Said to call it's number - 208-806-2313. Then repeated same. Computer-voice recording. Pity I didn't pick up - I keep an emergency boat-signal horn - audible for 10 miles. If I get a human - it gets a blown-out ear-drum. These things work great!

Left garbled message about something like tax fraud, federal court and arrested.  We were to call 208-806-2313 and they repeated the number.  Likely scam.  Will put on call blocker

Received a cut off message with only the part "please call or an arrest warrant will be issued..."

Same threatening automated voice left a message. Since I get a transcript of all voicemail emailed to me, I forwarded it to phishing@irs.gov. Also, I will be blocking the number.

Same as the others. It really steams me up thinking about these lowlifes scamming money from, say, the elderly. They lack basic human decency. Filed a complaint with the fcc.

Looks like this "public service" site took down my two posts in which I said nothing untrue, defamatory or illegal about any party including Level 3 Communications, listed as the provider of the phone number, 2O8-8O6-23I3, that apparently cruel people use to apparently scam innocent people out of thousands of dollars ($7,850 in their failed attempt on me), but it looks like Level 3 Communications responded to my request, as my calls to 2O8-8O6-23I3 no longer go through. Has anyone else called in recent minutes and found that 2O8-8O6-23I3 no longer works? If so, thank you Level 3 Communications for responding in this serious matter. I know, the scammers will just get a new number, but, at least for the rest of today, potential victims who call the number 2O8-8O6-23I3 that may have been left as the number to call back to resolve an "IRS" lawsuit or go to jail, won't get victimized – at this particular phone number anyway. The apparent scammers will get a new number, of course, but one small victory at a time… If anyone wants to continue to see this post, you'd better take a screen shot as this "public service" site may take this one down as well.
