Someone calls consistantly and hangs up. Number traced  and provider is Quest Corp. in Lewiston, Idaho. When I called the number I was told the number is not in service. How does a number not in service keep calling me.

We get a call, recorded message, saying that our credit card is past due (not mentionning which card) and to dial 1 to speak to someone. The message keeps repeating and repeating. When I called back, it says that this number is not in service!! Strange!!!!

The person or persons using this number consistantly call me and when I answer the phone they do not say anything. I had the call traced to Lewiston, Idaho and when I dial the number I'm told the number is not in service. How does a number not in service call me. I consider this harassment as I work shift work and am being woken up at all kinds of hours. I have to answer the phone because I don't know if it an emergency etc.
