Guy named Andrew finally gave me his name. Was trying to sell me extended coverage for my car.

some kind of scam for extended warranty

No message, no caller ID. Displayed as out of area call.

Called to say that my vehicle warranty had expired or was about to expire.  Told him that his information was incorrect and that my vehicle warranty is not due to expire until at least 2019 since it is a brand new truck.  Another one of those scams being perpetrated by unscrupulous boiler room call center.

The caller asked for my wife.
I said, "What's the call about?"
Caller, "Are you her husband?"
Me, "What's the call about?"
Caller again, "Are you her husband?"
Me, "I asked what's the call about?"
The caller hangs up.  I called back the number [208-753-7130] from caller I.D. right at 1:30 p.m.
The recording said the following, "Thank you for calling.  Our office is currently closed.  Please call back Mon-Fri 7:00 to 4:00 p.m. PST.  Thank you."
Looks like they are closed all the time.
