Lower credit card rates been getting calls like this for years, just another number to block

"Lower interest rate" scam call

Found the same information as "NAS" above. However, if you cannot call the number back, either the office in Twin Falls has been closed or this is an outbound only number for that office. Outbound only numbers will always display the inbound office number on caller ID so this is clearly illegal spoofing of the number by the credit card interest rate reduction crime syndicate.

Called yesterday at 3:22 pm & offered to lower my credit card rate.  Lot of good it does being on the "DO NOT CALL LIST!"

As long as you are not receiving sales calls from all the real estate agents, insurance agents, travel agencies, photo studios, etc local to you, it is working very well and as designed.
