Received a phone call from someone asking for my name. I told them they were calling the front desk of the company and they demanded that they know my name. They wouldn't give me a reason as to why they were calling and simply said they needed my name because they had to write it down. I hung up on them and they repeatedly called back after that. They were rude and never told me why they were calling.

If someone won't tell me why they are calling, they will not get my name or be transferred to anyone else within the company.
