Likely a spoofed number as this is a number for Blackfoot, Idaho.
This is a SCAM telemarketing company, most likely:
United Consumer Group
865 Bassett Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145
http://www.ucfs.net/
From website: "United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS) has offered direct seller financing since 1980 and has purchased over 3 million retail installment contracts. UCFS provides retail sales financing for distributors, dealers and merchants in the United States and most provinces of Canada."
They are likely trying to sell CC refinancing, etc.
