They always manage to call when I'm on top of a ladder, or taking a nap.  Nothing but hangups when I answer, so I can't even play along with their weasel telemarketer scam before telling them that they're wasting my time so I thought I'd waste some of their time.  Some white hat hacker needs to find out who is spoofing this number and get a physical address for these sociopaths so someone can "explain" to them why they shouldn't be calling cell phones that are on the Do Not Call list.

The NSA can record our calls and email, but the FCC can't trace these mega-annoying illegal calls and send these subhuman cretins to jail for a few years?

These people are annoying to say the least.  Right now I am at hospital with my husband wo was injured in a car accident this morning and I get a phone call from these morons!  My husband said to go along with them and I tried too.  I ask the girl her name and she said Grace Black...right!  I said thank you I like to know who I am talking to.  Well, her response to that...she said go screw yourself  mame...and hung up!   So, I have blocked Rachael from card services once again!  Thank you for letting me vent...
