These people called me on my cell phone using a prerecorded message. It is against Federal law for an person or entity to initial a telephone call using an artificial or prerecorded voice to cell phones. In addition, it's also illegal to use such means to solicit individuals who do not have an established business relationship or have given prior consent. 47 C.F.R. 64.1200.
