got a call today said they were a Debt collector they were collecting a debt I do not owe. I believed they said there name is ISIS. I have gotten a call every day for the past month from these guys from different numbers but similar. They never answer when I pick up the phone never leave a message.  every time I block the number they call from a different number all from ID,USA. Today was the first time someone was on the other line. I called him a scammer and told him to take my name off their list and never call again. Read the below article.

Does anybody know who this is?  They have been calling for a while, and I am on the so-called "Do Not Call" list.  What was the point of that anyway?  I think they made that list so they could sell the numbers off of it!
